Super Soccer Academy is designed for developing players who are ready to sharpen their technique, improve their understanding of the game and become more confident on the ball.

Training combines individual skill development, decision-making, game-realistic situations and competition so players can take what they learn in practice directly into games.

Session structure

45 min

  1. 5 minDynamic warm-up + ball activationMovement, coordination, quick touches and ball work designed to prepare players physically and mentally for the session.
  2. 10 minBall mastery + techniqueHigh-repetition technical work focused on first touch, dribbling, turns, weak-foot development and control.
  3. 10 minSkill of the weekFocused instruction on a specific part of the game such as passing combinations, finishing, defending, receiving, 1v1 moves or positioning.
  4. 10 minGame-realistic trainingPut the week's skill under pressure through opposed exercises, decision-making and realistic soccer situations.
  5. 10 minCompetitive finish1v1s, 2v2s, small-sided games, finishing competitions and other challenges that encourage players to compete and apply what they learned.

Academy sessions balance technical development with competition and game understanding. Players are encouraged to be creative, make decisions and become more confident solving problems on the field.
